Small Group PT sessions
As per 1:1 session above, but why not spread the cost of your personal training sessions with a small group session for up to 4 people.
Outdoor Training Sessions
Why not join our outdoor training sessions. They are a great way of getting together with like-minded people in a fun and friendly environment. Based on circuit and HIIT style training sessions, which are a fantastic way of burning fat and toning up your muscles. All standards are welcome, with adaptations to make the exercises easier or harder dependant on your fitness levels

Monday between 10:00am - 11:00am
Monday between 7:00pm - 8:00pm (dependant on numbers)
Tuesday between 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Wednesday between 10:00am - 11:00am (dependant on numbers)
Wednesday between 7:00pm - 8:00pm (dependant on numbers)

1:1 Home Visit Sessions
Some clients find it difficult to get to our studio sessions and feel more comfortable training in their own surroundings. For these clients we offer home visits (within a designated area) to try and maximise the effort in achieving their personal goals.
These sessions involve mainly bodyweight and exercises that require only a minimal amount of equipment so as to give the clients an exercise regime they can replicate at home between 1:1 sessions, thereby giving them a greater knowledge to carry them forward.
I have battled with weight for over 30 years and have tried just about every diet that has ever been created. I did manage to lose weight on some of them but couldn’t sustain the weight loss over time. I eventually realised that it wasn’t a diet I needed, it was a change to a healthy active lifestyle. With the help of a Herbalife Wellness Coach, I eventually started on the road to achieving that very lifestyle that I had craved for many years. I was so inspired by the effects of the nutritional products and advice that I too became an Independent Herbalife Member and Personal Trainer so that I could help other who were lost in the weight loss wilderness just like I was.
The coaching and advice I undertook saw me lose 3 stone in weight, gain lean muscle mass and start on a journey of fitness that saw me run several Half Marathons and Full Marathons.
